"This CVS used to have good people, but nowadays it employs some nasty people that cannot be considered good human beings. It’s not like the customer service is bad, there is no service getting done, and on top of that there is humiliation. Why do these people have jobs? Where’s the manager? Please do not ever go to this place."

"Le Roux, Angelique, RPh told me get only 2 dose of XXXX vaccine bc I am over 30 years old, but instead I should have gotten 3 dose, I DIDN’t get any notifications from CVS when I supposed to come to get my second shot. Pharmacist made a mistake and even CVS doesn’t have any tech support or email reminders to prevent pharmacist mistakes."

"I have been here several times and all was well until last Monday…. While I was waiting to have my prescriptions filled an older guy asked where an OTC item was. The pharmacy person sort of told him where it was and then pointed out she worked for cvs not target. Then when he walked away she and her colleague griped about what a fool he was. Then they told me my birthday on the prescription didn’t match mi ID. I asked what I should do and they told me to wait. Then they told me I had no coverage. I said my insurance company sometimes does weird things like denying claims so I get $550 bills for my kids flu shots, so maybe my insurer is up to there usual. They tell me I can pay cash but I decide to contact my insurer because I have surgery scheduled for the next day and need to verify coverage. I come back a minute later to show them that I’m covered via my insurance website info.They get all nasty and start demanding a bunch of info rapid fire and I calmly say “ I don’t know where to find the Bin number I dont work at a pharmacy.” So they tell me it’s not their problem and I need to contact my HR department? So I’m on hold standing there and they go hide around the corner and start talking trash about me. I say “ I’m still here.” Then I walk away freaking out about my insurance and very upset because they were so rude. Long story short my insurance changed the pharmacy insurance “vendor ” and once I found the new info it was all good. TLDR:Never going back to that pharmacy after being treated like that. Those ladies need to stop talking trash about people within earshot. Super rude and disrespectful."

"Wonderful people. They always treat us with respect and they have a lot of patience! Our orders are always filled on time and if there is an issue they make sure to let us know promptly. The best thing is if you have to wait you can do a bit of browsing in Target."
