"No idea why people are badly reviewing this place. I've been to several Kaiser offices all around the bay and this one is by far one of the better ones. Small size and easy parking so you're not constantly walking the halls or parking lot just to get labs done like at the bigger medical centers. But the real star is that the employees here seriously rock - all of them move people through the lines fast and better yet everyone seems to actually enjoy their job. Good spirits and personality, willing to work with you if you have questions or problems. The lab techs clearly have good experience too - at other locations in south bay I can't count the times I've been stabbed in the wrong place by a needle from a complacent tech coasting on their job, who then take forever to actually draw. Never happened once here. They have me in & out in no time with a smile on their face. Finally as a cherry on top, this location is cozy and modern looking. All around, great place to get some routine work done."
