"I had to go in for a blood test after another appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I'm Autistic and that I had to fast today for that earlier appointment. However, the lady at the desk barely looked at me when I asked for help with the automatic kiosk, and when I explained that I was fasting, she said, almost snidely: "you still have to wait to be called". I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes, and I'm so hungry I want to eat my own arm, but the woman at the desk doesn't seem to care about me or any of her other patients. I observed another person who doesn't speak good english and has been waiting for help at the desk for a long time, with no success at getting the woman's attention - I think they're being deliberately ignored. I'm tempted to ask the receptionist if she's a robot - because this person clearly has no soul. The other techs keep saying "we'll be with you next", but I've still had to wait for a LONG time. I received a free stress ball from one of the receptionists at my other doctors office, but I gave it away to a young girl who needed it more than I did and was kept waiting just as long as I was. They got their turn before I did, even though I had checked in first. This place sucks. UPDATE FROM AFTER I WAS DONE: I had to wait for almost 2 hours, and she (the receptionist I mentioned) was the one who took my blood for the test, because by the time it was my turn, ALL THE OTHER DOCTORS WERE GONE, either out to lunch or on break. She didn't even tell me when we were done and when she had taken the needle out. She just scooped up the vials, slapped 2 gauze bandages on my arm (which made my arm hurt quite a bit until I peeled them off at home), and walked off without saying another word."

"Years ago I gave this place 5 stars, but boy has it changed. Last time I was here, I don’t know what they did but I was in excruciating pain during the whole blood draw, and then had intense bruising after, which had never happened to me. This time, I waited about 30 min post appointment time. Staff looked unprofessional, half asleep, checked out, in an almost scary way. When I finally went back and saw the seemingly chaotic operation they had going, I declined service for my own safety."

"Front desk woman was very rude and actively unhelpful. I wanted to know how long a wait time there might be, and she said she couldn't help me at all, and then directed me to make an appointment online or by calling. Literally didn't look at me. I get that you hate your job but it doesn't help to be mean to people who are just trying to figure out what the best option is. However, the guy who actually took my blood (when I came back the next day) was kind and helpful."

"Agree with reports of rudeness. Came early, asked young woman at desk if my lab order was in system. She said she couldn't help me til my name was called. It was called. No order in system. So, I had to reschedule. Wasted time. And it was not crowded."

"It's almost as if it wasn't a lab at all...some kind of sick joke. I waited a half hour for them to tell me they didn't have the request from my doctor...then once I got it in, I waited another 40 minutes and there wasn't anyone there. I tried to ask them how much longer it might be, because I had to go back to work...they ignored me completely. I left without getting the simplest of work done... taking a few vials of blood. Companies like this shouldn't be in business."
