"This is by far the worst pharmacy in Santa Rosa. Three visits to pick up a single prescription and each time I was told to “come back in an hour”. Long lines and rotten service. Will definitely use another pharmacy in the future."

"I wish there are was option for 0 stars. I’m not one to write reviews however I am incredibly sick, was told my rx was ready to pickup, waited 2 hours, and was told the computer is “stuck” so they can’t give me my rx. Mind you, this rx is the other 10 pills they owe me because they didn’t have enough to fill my full prescription. I’ve already paid for it and I can’t not be on this medication due to how infectious my diagnosis is."

"This pharmacy is a total train wreck. While the staff are helpful, they are so severely understaffed, it's nearly impossible to get any RX filled unless it's extremely straight forward. It's a shame the corporate team can't provide the store with the resources they need. For example, after waiting on hold for 56 minutes to speak to the pharmacist, I was told to simply call back later. The pharmacist stated they had high patient volumes, were backed up and could not provide a time (e.g. today, tomorrow, the following day) when my Covid RX (which is time-bound) could be filled. Avoid this location if at all possible."

"Hours are not accurate. Was told the pharmacist might be there at 10-11am. Sounds like they show up and open whenever they feel like it. Please update the hours, or even better hire a new pharmacist that goes to work on time."

"Horribly slow service, came on a Friday morning to pick prescription for my dad as he had strong vertigo to the point that he was not able to stand up. Pharmacist said they have it but need to package so come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and they did not had it and told me they were going to call or text when ready. Went back home and they never contact me. Now I come back on saturday as soon as they open and they tell me they don't have it yet and I have to wait. This seems to be the way these is done as I was able to hear a really old lady, right in front of me on the line, that her prescription was going to be ready in 1/2 an hour."
