"If I could give negative stars to the customer service, I would. Some of the girls that work in the pharmacy have a real attitude problem and lack of skill set, especially the young lady that works at the front window with the long curly hair. Im not sure if it is a hostile work environment or what is going on in there but there were many instances of lack of patient care, inability to do basic follow-up calls to the provider regarding medications and actual passive-aggressive AND aggressive presentation on the phone and in-person. The fact that this standard of care is permitted in this health group is beyond me."
