"I purchased about $3000 of cedar boards, prepaid and had delivery set later that week. Ultimately, after taking off work twice to receive the delivery, they only delivered about half the wood I purchased. They lied to me that they had all the wood on hand and it was able to be delivered. The wood I did receive was much damaged and I had to glue and clamp boards that were split down the center or some were full of staples and knocked up. It appeared as if it came from a scrap pile. Still I took it and made the best out of it. When I finally asked for a credit about two months later on the undelivered wood, they didn’t even know what they sent me and what they owed me."

"Prices here allow people to not have to drive out to Menards and unlike other businesses in Chippewa Falls they do not mark up the prices with handy access as an excuse to drive up $. The guy in the office is a dick sometimes and they dont like special ordering things but with a bit of sifting through the crabbiness they will. Hardware is lacking but lumber selection is as good as Menards ."
