"Day 42 and 5200 miles into an extended RV trip and our refrigerator broke down. Every other RV repair place was too busy or too unconcerned to help. Britney took my call and went out of her way to track down the discontinued part we needed. Although they were also too busy to install it, Darla took the time to walk me through a DIY fix and we were back on the road with a working refrigerator!
