Ximei the advice nurse was very helpful and patient. She explained why I could no longer have the over the counter Pfizer drug. What I should be doing going forward. "I have been coming to this health center for almost 6 years now and have had no issues with any of the staff or doctors, until I was assigned to Dr. Kaitlyn Krauss, which has been a complete nightmare. I have joint pain in my hands and back pain due to arthritis, which has been confirmed with an X-ray that I received two months ago. The nurse called me and asked if I wanted to get an injection to relieve the pain, and I agreed. I waited for a month for this appointment, and when the day had finally come, Dr. Krauss proceeded to inform me that I would be getting the injection in my knee. I was confused by this, since the pain is in my hands, and I have had absolutely no pain in my knees. I asked the doctor if she had reviewed my medical history, and she assured me that she had, but I was skeptical, as she was offering to treat the wrong problem area. I decided that I wanted to see a professional specialist, a rheumatologist, who was more equipped to help with my condition. The doctor rejected the request, and I had to plead with her to refer me to a specialist, as my pain was becoming unmanageable at that point. I was finally referred to the Orthopedic Department in General Hospital, after many attempts to be taken seriously. I do not recommend this doctor because the care I received from her was extremely unprofessional and only prolonged my pain and discomfort."

"I have had probaly the worst healthcare red tape experience of my life with these people. As others have said, no one helps, no one knows the cockamamie processes they have set up. As a new patient I tried to see someone about a physical injury for almost a month before I gave up on their clinic. The few minutes I spent with a nurse practitioner were great but since he could not give a referral, ultimately useless and a waste of time. They are here to get the medi-cal money and that is the extent of their interest in your health. Do not use this clinic, stay far away. And do not for any reason expect to get help from their call center which seems to have more emoloyees shielding you from care than they have healthcare professionals in the clinic itself."

"My mother-in-law has had nothing but great service from the people here. Her doctors and nurses have all treated her with respect and kindness. Some of the support staff however need to smile more. It's hard enough for the sick to wait patiently, so having people in the front that smile and check in every so often, to assure them that they will be seen, can do wonders. Some do a great job at this, others seem oblivious to the waiting room."
