"Fantastic care! My daughter had strabismus and Dr. Najafi was warm, caring, and patient with her even though she struggled to get through the appointment. Location and parking is very convenient; and Dr. Najafi was excellent and she comes highly recommended from many ophthalmologists i spoke to in the City. Highly recommend"

"The tech did the eye pressure exam, she didn't tell me it would touch my eye and when I pulled away said 'well it's supposed to touch it', in a snippy way. It took a long time and am still not convinced she did it right. I waited in the room for an hour before the Dr. came in and he didn't apologize for my wait, there was no one in the waiting area when I went in. He spoke very fast and acted like he just wanted to get out. I asked over the phone later to have them send me the prescription in the mail so I could find a cheaper place later, the receptionist kept saying something about sending it to the pharmacy. I repeated three times, just the paper prescription to my home. She said she would tell the Dr. to but I never received it. I will never go back there."

"The doctor on my first visit was good. The front desk service on my second visit was very bad. Drove half an hour to the appt and waited behind another to check in only to be told they have a 15 min late policy and they could not see me - no question if there was a construction delay or acknowledgment that if I had not let the elderly man in front of me go first I would have been fine, no we can try to fit you in by taking the next person , who was waiting there already, early. I will not be retuning"

"The Eye Institute of Marin has top quality physicians and service. The only complaint I've ever had is sometimes having to wait, but they are worth it. Dr. Najafi is a very talented physician who I credit with saving my vision."

"Took my elderly mother here recently. Was concerned about the bad reviews but our experience was five stars. They were prompt, professional, kind and also COVID safe. Wonderful support staff. Easy parking. I am considering changing my eye doctor to come here as the experience was far more efficient than UCSF (also great doctors/staff but always a loooooong wait)."
