"The staff, nurses and receptionists were great. Dr Kim was awful! Completely dismissive, rushed, rude and terrible bedside manner. He injected my eyelid with lidocaine and didn't even wait for it to be numbed before slicing open. I have been an ER nurse for almost 20yrs and and have first hand knowledge of appropriate technique and care for an I+D. I have had this same procedure done before and NEVER experienced such a hack job and poor care. So in appropriate. If I treated my patients the way Dr Kim does Id be out of a job and a license. Do better Dr Kim!"

"I had Lasik eye surgery with MarinEyes. Surgery went well but had multiple horrible experiences with their office. On my follow up visit I waited 45 for my appointment. When I asked the receptionist what was going on she was very rude and told me that my appointment was actually half an hour after the actual time that they had scheduled me. A year later when one of my eyes started to become blurry again I called them up to schedule an appointment and never even got a call back. Truly unprofessional, rude, I will NEVER EVER go there again."

"Rush job. I came in for an eye exam but having questions about other issue. The technician and doctor I saw had very little patience and rushed me out the door without any real help. It’s was like they didn’t care and didn’t want to help. Save yourself time and money. Front desk lady was very nice."

"Be extra careful of purchases, after spending serveral hundred dollals this year, needed a frame repair, they wnated to charge $25. Very poor customer realtions, most places woud "eat" a $25 cost (with a expediture like ours)."
