"Very unhappy with Rachelle in that since I did not know where I was going and the directions to the sleep center did not make since from where I was coming and Google gave indiscernible directions, I emailed Rachelle requesting she help me with directions from where I was coming, then I called and left a message requesting her help with directions from where I was coming. ZERO RESPONSE FROM RACHELLE. Finally, a few days prior to the appointment, I drove from where I live to the site to insure I knew how to get there at night. I arrived at the appointed time still upset over the lack of help from Rachelle, plus I was upset over doing the sleep study and the idea of being hooked up to an electronic device and monitored all night was a little unnerving. I was greeted by Nelson, who I will call loving grace on fire. Just in his way of being, I knew I was completely safe. A total angel. Then, I find out there are no blankets on the bed. I almost lost my mind. Rachelle had said I could bring an extra blanket if I wanted to. What she should have said is, "There is only a top sheet on the bed and it will be in your best interest to bring a blanket(s) if you imagine you will be too cold in a 68 degree room." HELLO!!!! Thank God, Nelson offered a space heater. Basically, had it not been for Nelson's kindness and thoughtful generosity I would have left the premises on the spot. Everything would have gone smoothly had Rachelle been trained to serve the incoming patient."

"Everything was set up when I arrived. The room was clean and quiet. Nelson, the technician, was lovely. He took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and was very caring and gentle. I am really glad my Doctor insisted that I take the test in lab. There were so many cables hooked up to my body! I am happy that I had an experienced technician to take care of all the cables and to make sure the sleep test was done correctly!"

"Nelson was very professional. I really appreciated the instruction and his explaination regarding the purpose of the various ways masks are designed to fit individual head and facial structures. He not only explained each style, I was allowed to test them each first to feel which one matched my natural breathing pattern. I was surprised that I was able to fall into a restful sleep and only wake once.. What a relief! 5 +++ !"
