"This place is bogus. They charged me for procedures that my insurance covered. They tried to talk me into getting a surgery that I didn't even need. Scaring me into thinking I could get cancer if I don’t go through with the procedure: I got a second option and I didn’t have anything wrong with me. This place gives false diagnosis and tries to force you into unnecessary surgeries or procedures, The try to charge you for something your insurance covers. Do not trust this place"
"Way too many unnecessary check ups, scheduling appointments without our consent, and sending an aggressive letter when we left. When my girlfriend got a surgery we had little to no bedside manner, and the doctor left the building before she even woke up. We had to ask a nurse at the offsite surgery center to read us the information because their was nobody else to help us. Do not go here unless you want to be more of a number than a person"
"The staff was very kind but I don’t believe they took proper care of me. I got the nexplanon birth control removed from my arm which required making a small incision. Once it was out, all they did was put one piece of gauze on my bloody cut and tape around my arm. It’s been a few days and I had to very painfully get part of the gauze out from my very open cut and am now worrying about an infection bc it wasn’t properly taken care of. My friend went to a different doctor for the same exact thing on the same day and she was given band aid stitches and wrapped up with the athlete like tape bandage wrap. Although they seemed like very good people and were kind to me, I fear I didn’t get the proper care that is required."
"I love this place!!! Never a long wait and the staff are very friendly and personable. Dr. Fromlak has delivered my last two babies via C-Section and took the time before surgery to come and pray with us which was so important to me and my husband. We are about to have our third and final baby and I am so glad that Dr. Fromlak will be delivering our sweet baby once again. I would highly recommend A Woman’s Place to anyone and everyone!"
"I like this little place. It's got that grandma kinda style and feel to it, which for me feels warm and comfortable. I will say that you can be waiting up to an hour or more to see the doctor, so if you work or have a busy schedule set aside 2-3hours to visit the doctor here. *** side note: I was going to Kaiser since I was basically born and just recently got Anthem Blue Cross through my work place 3 years ago. So, I am use to and expect very fast and diligent service. I've learned that only Kaiser has that perk. Anyways... moving on... The office ladies seem a little in edge and not the most helpful or nicest, but I must say the OBGYN Anna is so amazing, so I give 5 stars! It's not the nurses or office people I go and see, I go for the doctor and she is great, sweet, and knowledgeable. I will suggest to the practice that it will be a good idea to go over test results over the phone, or via email and use secure Q and A techniques. Having to do a second visit to go over results should not be necessary... it cost too much money and time of one or more hours for a 5 minute conversation... Although, I can appreciate the secure confidentiality in doing an in person over view which I assume is to protect who sees and hears the patients personal information. For example, any of you seen the movie mean girls when Regina calls the girls mom pretending to be a doctor of some sort? Just think, anyone can be on the other line."
