"The Audiology doctors need to be more respectful to the elderly. If elderly people have a hearing issues, that should not make the Audiologists get upset that the have to repeat themselves. Audiologists at the Mather VA need professional development training about patient care. If they are having a miserable day they should not take it out on their patients. I will now walk into every appointment with my parent to make sure that there is the most respect and care for my parent. There should also be VA advocates taking patient surveys after every visit."
