"I was very disappointed with this firm. I was bipolar and they gave me a Dr that was in Texas which he did not let me know till the end of tele visit,which meant I could not get my medications due to I live in CA. Then I was not able to print there 17 pg package due to qlich in there system. They mailed it to me which at that time I lost out on first appt. Not to mention I had to fax it at near BY UPS at the total of $17.00. After all that they had some special way to television. I was not made aware till later how I needed to work it. It was not always easy to get through their phone system. You never know what state you will be talking to, and not always sure you will get a call back. I had to follow through with many phone calls. I even went through the UHC which stayed on the phone with me to insure I got an appointment,and both myself and the representative were very clear I was in California. They should have been aware if drug maintenance was on the table no way should I be sent to Texas. They never offered to help me find MD in CA. Poor communication,and poor customer service."

"I've been seeing Dr Patel for several years now and we've really dialed in a routine that works for me. He's attentive and respectful. He listens to my needs and my preferences while providing excellent service. I have no issues with my Doctor. The customer service staff on the other hand are some of the rudest staff I've had the displeasure of contacting. Last week I was trying to find a specific therapist as recommended by my insurance company. The customer care agent who answered was so condescending because this person was a NP and not a therapist. She was dismissive and refused to help me or put me in contact with the NP. I wanted a consultation to see if she might be a good fit for some specific needs. Another time I called to verify an appointment time and the person answering misspelled my name and proceeded to tell me I wasn't in their system despite the fact that I've been seeing the same Doctor for more than three years. When she realized her error, she didn't even apologize. I asked Mindpath to contact me regarding these incidents but I never heard back. If I was only rating Mindpath's customer service, I'd be giving it a One Star rating."
