"Absolutely Horrible customer service. Try scheduling an appointment, even though you are covered by insurance. They hang up on you as soon as they hear that your primary physician is not from Mercy. No explanation nothing or consideration is given that you are calling about mental health issues. No kidding we are having a mental health crisis in this country. Your reception needs to be trained to be more empathetic."

"I love my daughters pediatrician Dr. Nealon. He's really great with her ! One complaint I have is phone traffic. I call and instantly get put on hold. This happens to me all the time and it's very frustrating when trying to get an emergency appointment but I can't speak with anybody. It's gotten to the point where I'm on hold for more than an hour! The is unacceptable."

"Large waiting room and very clean. Reception staff is quick and friendly. Dr. Nealon is an excellent, friendly, and caring Pediatrician. He listens well and we never feel rushed. Dr. Nassim is an excellent primary care doctor and super friendly. He is very knowledgeable and seems to have actually read my charts and history before coming into the exam room. He never rushes me. I'd be his friend in the real world."

"I had been going to Mercy downtown throughout my first pregnancy, even before then. when my daughter was born, I kept going there to see a pediatrician, Emge, however, her nurse, and even her were awful. One day, by coincidence, Dr. Nealon was seeing her patients and I got to meet him, my daughter and I liked him so much that I switched over and I have not gone anywhere else. Now my daughter is 4, we have been seeing him for 3 1/2 years, and my 2-year old son sees him too. I would not go anywhere else."
