"This place is really hard to get help from. I was calling to schedule my annual paperwork appointment and the letter stated to call Mia Vivone. I called and left messages and never got a call back. After time had passed they had discharged me and dropped me from the office. I found that out calling trying to talk to someone else about scheduling an appointment. I was then told to call Manny and once again I left messages and never got a call back. I feel they don't care about the well being of the people who need help. I'm 26 years old with a bad case of PTSD, I can only imagine what people are going through seriously needing help even younger or older. It just isn't right."

"This place is an absolute joke. Their intake orientation sounds great, makes you believe they actually want to help. DONT BE FOOLED. They'll disregard you so fast you won't know what happened. All they succeeded in doing was making issues worse, and they take no responsibility or ownership of their issues. They change their story and blatantly lie to protect themselves from criticism."

"I'm a mother of a someone that is being seen here. I was confused as to how he is to get help when he is only seen every three months. When I called she said that, that was all that was offered because of how many people are referred to them. They have a calendar of groups that they offer. Now mind you this is for last Aug. But, the only group that would apply to him is Anger management and Coping with anxiety. These are secondary to my sons problem. Now I getting to why I am writing this review. He was seen for the after the meeting for the signing of paperwork etc, (which was within a month) he was given an appointment 3 months later. Within that time frame, they had moved and didn't let us know. Then we get to the new place (luckily before his appointment time) His dr. had called in sick. So they gave us another appointment within a couple of weeks. Well guess what? How long was he in there? 15min. What can you do with 15 min. I asked my son(I take him) Enough to get his prescription and then she asked if he was going to the Christmas party and she needed to get to her group. Well, I'm very disappointed, and not satisfied. I appreciate them for trying but someone needs to advocate for these poor people that don't get the real help they need."

"I attempted to make phone contact. The individual on the line was evasive, and difficult. She started giving me a list of reasons they don't help people? I feel very sorry for anyone who goes to these people expecting any kind of help. Good luck!"
