"Heartfelt Animal Care is by far the best Veterinary clinic I've had. My pup and I moved to California a year ago and we needed a new vet. We took a chance on Heartfelt and I'm so glad we did. I truly can't express how much we love Dr. Arias. She goes above and beyond for my boy and is so gentle, calming, and patient with him, especially when he's scared (and even when I'm scared!). She always makes herself available for any questions or concerns and I never feel rushed in any appointment or phone call with her. We're so thankful for her and Heartfelt for their excellent care and dedication to our beloved pets!"

"I had provided my paperwork for them to make a copy for the review on my new puppy, all the info was there, but when the doctor came in she kept getting the age wrong, recommending vaccines that were already given and the wrong dates for the next ones. I must have corrected her 3 times on the age of the puppy. Then the assistant came in with a huge estimated bill for things that I didn't want or ask for. They're not the only vet that does that, but it feels so opportunistic and I leave not trusting them. I had to ask for my original paperwork back, they had never taken a copy."

"I’ve taken my pup here once for a dewclaw injury and the staff here was amazing. From promptly getting me in within 24 hours, to a warm welcome and providing detailed information throughout the entire visit, I felt very comfortable with my pup in their hands. They took great care of my boy and kept me in the loop with everything that went on. They called me a few days after our visit to check in to see how he was doing which I really admired. I called a few weeks after our visit with questions regarding prescribed meds and the wait time was very minimal and super informative. I can’t express how thankful I am that I came across Heartfelt Vet and will definitely be taking my pup here for any future visits. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond!"

"My family and i have been here at least 3 times since the new additions to our family (miniature golden doodles). Most of the staff that we have encountered is friendly, only had one issue, but it was resolved respectfully. It is also close to where we live, so another plus."

"Had an incredible experience at Heartfelt Animal Care with my fur baby Lexi. It was a rough day when my puppy started experiencing an allergic reaction to something & we were so lucky that they were able to get her in right away. We were greeted with a warm welcome & were well taken care of from start to finish. We just love Dr. Ashley Morris. She saw that Lexi was nervous & she made sure to take her time & make Lexi feel comfortable. The office is very clean & nice. We feel truly blessed that we live so close. Both Lexi & I give an A+ & 5 stars & highly recommend Heartfelt Animal Care."
