Welcome to Ultimate Arts Tattoo, located at 3236 Commercial Avenue in Madison, Wisconsin. Our store is dedicated to providing unique and personalized tattoos in a welcoming and professional environment. We use the latest technology and techniques to ensure each client receives our full attention and care. Our talented artists are available for tattoo sessions at various hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Ultimate Arts Tattoo has been serving the Madison area since 1988, and we have some of the most talented artists in the industry. We have received numerous awards and recognition, including being voted Best of Madison multiple times. Our artists have been featured in various tattoo magazines and have won over 100 trophies for their work.
Our lead artist, Darth Stripe, has been tattooing since 1994 and specializes in realistic tattoos and portraits. He also has a passion for stick-man drawing and allegorical illustration. Our other artist, Marina, has a special interest in sacred geometry, botanicals, mythology, and fine art. She loves turning your skin into a gallery of timeless beauty.
Samurai Joe, our ink maestro from the Sunshine State, specializes in realism and creates masterpieces in both black and gray and color. With over a decade of experience, Joe can turn your imagination into a beautiful tattoo.
At Ultimate Arts Tattoo, we require a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
Our open door hours are weekdays from 11 am to 5 pm, where you can set up appointments, pay deposits, and purchase gift certificates. We have transitioned to primarily working by appointment to accommodate our artists' schedules and their families. While our open door hours may have changed, our availability for tattoo sessions has expanded.
