"I would be remiss if I did not share what a wonderful experience I have had at Optimal U. I have to say I did some research before making my first appointment. I was impressed with what I read both on the website and across all the reviews and after visiting and having several procedures I have not been disappointed. Kim the receptionist, as well as Dr Andrea Tse and her husband Glenn could not have been nicer and more helpful. Dr Tse has been totally open and honest about all procedures and what to expect. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt she truly has her patients' best interests in mind and is just not out to push services. I have had both Botox and fillers and I could not be more pleased with the results of everything they have done. Having had some stressful years, I was not happy with my appearance and really wanted to look better and I totally believe they have helped and are continuing to help me achieve my best and most beautiful appearance with completely natural results.
