"Unacceptable to have patients come in and sit and wait an hour after their appointment before being seen. Absolutely unacceptable that they make appointments during the time they know the doctors are at lunch from 12 to 2 so when she do something about that because it’s going to stop people from getting things done or doing things that need to be done because they had can’t wait that long as they have jobs."

"I came in 15 minutes early, asked for a mask and checked in, and the receptionist was so worried about giving me her unsolicited advice about bringing my own mask next time that she forgot to check me in. 15 minutes later, I double check if I've been checked in and the same lady pretended that she's never seen me before. Now I'm 45 minutes past my appointment because they let people go ahead of me in the time that I was in the lobby waiting. If your patients can do a better job than your staff, you have a real embarrassing, unprofessional issue."

"Really bad experience. Was told I probably have a UTI but test was inconclusive so I needed to come back in for another appointment. I said I am not in the area and they refused to send a prescription for antibiotics even though I have all the symptoms of a UTI and am in excruciating pain. I thought the hippocratic oath says first do no harm, but I guess they only care about miljing a person's insurance for all its worth instead of prioritizing patient needs. Honestly, after this experience and everything I have heard from my partner and other friends negative experiences, I'm going to be voting to defund planed parenthood moving forward"

"Literally the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m very patient and understanding but not when they have me running around from location to location and pharmacy to pharmacy all for some emergency contraception. I figured I’d show up to the B street location because their online hours and web hours State they are open til 8pm on Thursday which worked perfectly since I work all day and it’s hard for me to get away. I drive 30 minutes to the location only to find out they closed at 5. I then scheduled an appointment over the phone which was then cancelled due to short staff. I show up to this location today to try to buy it but she then tells me they don’t do that brand over the counter and would have to have an appointment. Did the appt and Now I’m here at Walgreens where my prescription should have been sent and they are now having trouble confirming medical information looking around to see who has it in stock. This has been extremely frustrating, a waste of time, and gas. I highly recomend looking into other alternatives before relying on Planned Parenthood as they can’t seem to come through when you need them most."
