AIMS Urgent Care

"My husband and I have been to this urgent care a few times and each time we've had good experiences. The NP is kind, informative and efficient. We made an appointment online for the same day, were seen within 20 mins of the appointment time and out about 30 to 40 after that. Given urgent care visits can take much longer than that I feel they handle their scheduling well. All in all, don't overlook this place when the other urgent cares are backed up for 4+ hours, you will be taken care of."

"Usually the doc I see is very good takes the time to listen but the doctor today 1 didn't hear a word I said 2 didn't even get close enough to figure out what was wrong and wasted 2 and half hrs of my time to spend all of 3 mins in the room and not do a damn thing. front desk was good as always but I felt like a throw away patient by the doctor which is why I don't see a doc until I'm literally dying no trust with docs and this is the reason why! Won't go back again unless it's with the doc I usually get I refuse to see anyone else!"

"Place was clean and front desk staff were very polite. Doctor was straightforward, my girlfriend went in for swollen tonsils and had no tests taken, just immediately doctor gave her a prescription with no explanation. Wait time was short and the evaluation was 5 minutes tops. My girlfriend felt a lil uncomfortable around the doctor who’s name was Mark I believe and some weird jokes were made from him, very unprofessional. Don’t recommend this place unless it’s a last resort, even then you might get misdiagnosed. A bit creepy overall and I’ve been treated better elsewhere. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review for a place until this disappointing experience."

"I was turned away for care even though I have insurance that is on the list of accepted insurance companies for this office. The receptionist needs to learn about health care. Don't waste your time if you are retired from the military. They don't serve veterans. What a great way to show appreciation for my years of service to this country."

"Took my mom in with an infected animal bite a few days ago and thought they did a great job taking her in - not really a wait time, everyone was super nice and patient, the doctor gave her some meds - but that was until the following day when the infection kept getting worse. We ended up having to go to the ER and were told that we were given the WRONG ANTIBIOTICS. The doctor was clearly on the older side, so I'm genuinely curious how, with so many years of experience, you still can't prescribe the correct medication? We could've saved a day and started getting the correct treatment earlier if we'd skipped out on this place and headed straight to Mercy ER down the street. The wait would've been worth it. Adding a second star just because of how kind everyone was and how quick service ended up being, but sadly the service itself is 1 star at best."
