"I went to this clinic after receiving sub par care at another I was hoping for a better experience but I came to be seen for an infection and a check up as I’m a male over 40 and I went and got the bloodwork done etc and explained what was going on with me to dr concepcion but when he went to look at my bloodwork he said it was incomplete but never insisted on other tests since he couldn’t even look at the ones I just got or referring me to a specialist I feel like I tried to advocate for myself but he seemed to just want to get out of there. He did a prostate exam and didn’t even offer me a paper towel to clean myself and I’m honestly not one to leave a negative review but I just want to say that if a patient comes to a doctor with concerns maybe try and help them out or seem like you want to help just a thought"

"I’ve had this as my family doctor for as long as I can remember and love how on top of referrals and checking out any concerns the physicians are. My only complaint would be that I had my PCP for years until she stopped working there, but I only found out months later because ER doctors couldn’t communicate with my PCP. My prescription was also cancelled without letting me know during that."

"After many months of trying to retrieve my past medical records for a VA disability claim, with very little help from the records department, Lisa Chavez finally stepped up and worked to retrieve the required records for me. Although I had some previous frustrations with this office because of a seemingly lack of effort to assist a previous patient, I am truly thankful for Lisa for finally offering the help required. Thank you Lisa."

"First, let me be clear.. Dr. Concepcion was beyond helpful and kind. Enjoyed him very much. Also, when I was there in person everything went swimmingly. The problem comes with how my care has been treated afterward. I was prescribed a medication 4 weeks ago and still have not been able to get it for 4 whole weeks. I still have no clue whether or not my prescription will get filled even as I type this because nobody is communicating what the problem is. I have called my insurance many times and they have told me the problem lies with the way the office staff is submitting my records, leading me to contact the office many times-- to the point where I'M starting to feel like a nuisance (I don't like feeling that way at all, but it's getting ridiculous at this point). Despite everything, I feel like i'm screaming into the void here and my review will be met with a copy and paste message saying that "they will look into the problem" with nothing being done about it."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is horrendous, mainly the reception team. I called needing a prescription filled urgently for an unexpected procedure the next day. They had prescribed this medication to me before (a record of such was on my after visit summary) but apparently they "did not have a record of it" and therefore would not fill it. I asked them to get me in contact with the doctor and the receptionist was very rude every time I called back, stating that they sent the doctor a message and that was all that they could do. They were not able to get me my prescription despite me calling for an update over a dozen times from 10AM until the office closed at 5 PM. It doesn't matter how good the doctors there may be. My experience was horrible and anxiety inducing and I will never return to this office and I urge others to seek care elsewhere. You will not receive care from this medical office."
