"Please don't let the clinic director, manager and upper level management at this place fill your head with false promises like they did to me. After spending more time in the hospital the entire year than I have been in my apartment - obviously my health doesn't concern them as much as I expected. I have never been as close to death as I am right now and I just got home from the hospital again last night. I show up this morning for my normal Tuesday visit and I left there now having to go there 4 times per week - including Saturdays. I know that they don't care about my physical and mental health as well as my financial situation. By this I mean that I don't have a car or any way to get there and back home. All of the medical transportation companies I have called and NONE OF THEM OPERATE ON THE WEEKEND. I'm tired of jumping through hoops to make them happy, especially since they aren't willing to do anything to help me."
