"Amazing staff! Great doctors! I been to many clinics before but this by far is the most well run and organize facility I have ever been to. The Kelada family doctors are so caring and understanding. They go beyond their ways to listen to the patients illness and problems instead of ignoring it and assuming other things. Doctors here are very pro active in providing quick response if you have issues. Staffs are very friendly and every time I call they always provide me with answers. I wish I have found this treasure of a clinic earlier! Extraordinary healthcare!!"

"The Kelada’s should be the standard for bedside manner not the exception. The care that they have for their patients is unmatched. I have been seeing Dr. Joe Kelada since 2016. He has changed my life. Having a chronic autoimmune disease, as many have sadly experienced, usually means being constantly dismissed and cast aside by doctors without any real concern or investigation into the many things that ale you. I felt completely hopeless before I became a patient here. I thought I was going to live the rest of my life in pain without any real care from my doctors. Then I visited their office. Dr. Joe actually listened to me and genuinely cared. He let me know no length of experience, expertise, or education would ever make anyone more knowledgeable about what goes on inside my body than me. He makes my care a team effort. I was able to take charge and accountability for my health while having a physician who would be there to support me and work with me, not against me. He remembers not only what is on my medical chart but follows up on my family, education and job. He has taught his children and fellow doctors the same standards of care. It doesn’t matter where I move because I will pay premium flights to attend this practice. Thank you to all of the Dr. Keladas! The value you bring to your patients will never be forgotten."

"Took 3 months for them to verify my insurance so that I can make my first appointment. After I finally got an appointment with a Physician assistant she was wonderful. But then a week later someone from the Billing department Called me stating I owe them $700 because my insurance did not go through. She was very rude a treated me as if I was trying to commit some type of insurance fraud. I made a complaint about this to the office manger after I found out my insurance was never billed or contacted. The manager stated they would call me back and never did I have been trying to call them for weeks. I found out on my own that the biller charged the incorrect insurance but they never contacted me to address their mistake. Unfortunately their office staff is too unprofessional for me. I’m glad I was able to switch doctors."

"I have been seeing Dr. Kelada for over 10 years. I was so freaked out when he was talking about retiring but, thank goodness I also have the pleasure of now being assisted by his children as well. I love them all! My whole family goes here for all their medical needs and we would not have it any other way! Every year I adjust in open enrollment (if needed) to retain them as my primary physicians because I never have to explain who I am in each visit and justify my symptoms or fight for healthcare and treatment. They are so thorough and pro active with our treatment and, the fact that they are all so patient, kind and understanding makes it easier to get through whatever is needed. I have several medical needs that are on going and when I talk about their assistance, support and services to family and friends they are always surprised and complain about their medical therefore, I have referred many friends and family members to them as well and they are just as happy as I am now.
