"Giving 1 star only for appointments we had in the past that were ok experience. Otherwise, it would be 0. My mom had a scheduled appointment in mid January to sign papers for IHSS (only PCP can do this). The morning of the appointment Elica receptionist called me to cancel it and reschedule for APRIL!!!!! The due date for papers was January 22. So called IHSS asking to extend it and they did until 2/5/24. The other morning I was able to reach Elica scheduling line to make another appointment for 2/1/24. It took me couple days to be able to reach the receptionist in the morning to make this appointment. Guess what???? The day before the appointment which is today!!!! 1/31/24 we got a call from Elica and they said they are CANCELING appointment again. Ceriously????? If you can’t handle so much patience, don’t accept new one. I can’t even express how frustrated we are. This is ridiculous. My guess, if you cancel appointments all the time, even medical professionals are running away from this clinic. Don’t waste your time in Elica, any location. I Think, Manzanita MC might be even better… they NEVER canceled my kids appointments. Beyond frustration."

"Taking the time to review this place to save you time. I waited 4 months for an appointment only to be told that it was a “welcome patient” appointment. The doctor didn’t even touch me for a check up, could have been via video call. I specified needing my IUD out but then told me the first available appointment is another 2 months out. Requested blood work for symptoms I’m having, doctor found something that requires medication, told me to wait 6 weeks to test again, then after that wait I was told next appointment to start medication is 3 months out. I had to educate myself on what was found through google and a friend of mine that is familiar with the diagnoses. Clearly I’m still just going with the flow cause really I don’t have the time for appointments anyway but just in case you have serious concerns, don’t waste your time coming here. 0 stars if the review allowed that option."

"The worst experience I have ever had. My daughter had an appointment and we arrived there 10 minutes late. They told me to wait and they could help me next. I waited there for almost 1 hour, but after 1 hour making me wait, they told me to reschedule for another day. They could tell me at that at the beginning, instead they asked me to wait. After the argument we had, the security guard pointed his middle finger towards me in front of my kid. I tried to show my best behavior and ignored him because my kid was with me. That is completely unacceptable and inappropriate behavior for a medical center employees."
