"I don’t like to write negative reviews however I feel if the office sees this maybe they can fix the problems with the staff *Like not making appointments for service they don’t feel comfortable doing *when making emergency referrals making them to the right provider You have wasted my time and made my grandson suffer in pain Shame on you All Get it together"

"B&B . . .Literally like it at first but after receiving the call back. Service sucks, because of the flyers they post every month I believe every 3 months or so they do a baby shower I know I win the big box twice with the raffle ticket they gave me. The last time I went and now I just feel like they only say the people who hasn’t gone there can get a chance to win the gifts. So since I won I just have to wait, They don’t want me there but be in the waiting list. Okay again I told him I have a friend who hasn’t been there before she is expecting and all he said oh yeah give her my number I can discuss about it and put her on there and if she put plus one person coming and it’s you can come to so I’m guessing I keep wining the gift they’re just being a hater! Tbh idc about wining the box it whatever they give me I’ll still except it ."

"Went last week Dr Jackson was great, She was very good, had an appointment no wait got right in."

"I would love to say this place is knowledgeable about dental care.however beware. My son came in for a regular checkup.his xrays were examined and the "doctor" pulled me aside to tell me, his adult cuspits didn't have enough room to come out. They recommended a palatte expander,that they said could only be done by an orthodontist.oh and wouldn't be covered by his insurance. Fast forward 10 minutes later they figured out they were looking at old xrays from months ago.and that was not the current situation. His cuspits fell out months ago and they fell out just like any other tooth would have.i was waiting for them to figure that out. Could you imagine if I had paid for a procedure he didn't even need.?also I wasn't told this several months ago when he had the xrays dome that showed he "needed" a palatte expander.please go get a second opinion after seeing these people."

"This place absolutely sucks. I will be switching providers. Any issue with your child and it takes LITERAL MONTHS to be seen unless you want a over the phone call which really doesn't help for anything outside basic questions. Trash. Call center sends you places too with the providers saying oh sorry I can't help. So beyond irritating have never been to a doctors office this bad."
