Samesun Hollywood

"Actually i had a really nice experience in Samesun San Francisco，that's why i decided to choose samesun LA. However，the experience was terrible and i guess i’ll no longer choose samesun. The light besides my bed doesn't work，and i asked the stuff for help on Thursday Feb 22，but it seems that they were impatient and unwilling to help me fix the problem. I cannot use the light and my glass was broken as i can't see anything at night. it worth $1000！Besides，the room and kitchen are ditry and noisy. Everytime i asked for help，they always behaved as they do not need customers. They do not know how to communicate in a proper way. I think thestaffs need to be trained to know how to deliver good customer service. I stayed in the hostal for 6 nights and no one wanna help me with the issue， it was a really bad experience. They are really unfriendly and impatient. i will not recommend samesun LA to any of my friends. That's ridiculous！"

"The location is perfect to see all the places around Hollywood but the room was dirty and the sheets were dirty as well. There's no elevator so if you travel with heavy luggage that's a "fun" trip up the stairs."

"This Hostel is huge and directly on the Walk of Fame. Nothing for light sleepers as the Walk of Fame is loud until the early morning hours by default. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. They never stop cleaning! Given the location and size of the Hostel you might meet some "interesting" people, so be prepared. Those who are behaving badly (making rude remarks etc.) are rebuked by staff and there is a security guard present 24h"
