"I can't remember the woman's name that took care of me at the clinic, but I haven't been treated like that in a medical type of facility since I can remember. The woman taking care of me was so incredibly sweet, personable, inviting and hospitable. I wanted to give her a hug afterwards. It really made an impact on me since most of the time you just feel like cattle. She even printed me out extra documents on all kinds of things. Literally felt like going to mom's house."

"UPDATE: I changed my review for the convenience and because I remembered that I was told originally that Passport Health does not bill to insurance. That's why the costs feel so different. At the pharmacy they bill to insurance so the out of pocket cost is lower but we will just turn in our paperwork from PH to the insurance and it should be reimbursed. Thanks again Passport Health. ORIGINAL POST: Our experience with Anne was great. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The service offered by Passport Health is a one-stop-shop sort of offering. It has the advantage of being comprehensive. BUT, the cost is super high. We didn't realize until later that we could get many of the needed vaccines for our trip at the local pharmacy for MUCH lower cost, some even free. So, 5-stars for the service and the convenience, but low stars for the value since the cost is so high."

"Olga was super sweet and did such a great job. I wasn't really looking forward to my appointment because I kept reading stuff online from other travelers talking about how these vaccine clinics in general will push every shot on you just because they want your money. I was fully prepared to have to push back and argue about what I did and didn't want. Thankfully, Olga did not make me feel pressured at ALL. She provided me with all the education I needed, gave me time to ask questions and make an informed decision on my own. It was definitely a little pricier than I would have liked, but otherwise highly recommend."
