"As usual, the Urgent Care downtown got me in and out in record time. I feel seen and heard by the staff. The people at the front counter are very pleasant to deal with and the Nurses are very thorough and attentive. Even asked if I would like some water. The doctors LISTEN. Love this place!"

"The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining the wait time. It turned out to be much less time than expected too. The doctor was very concerned and helpful. She got on the phone with an ophthalmologist right away and discussed my symptoms and took pictures of my eye to send to them. She impressed the seriousness of the sore near eye and recommended I get the medicine as soon as possible and to definitely follow up with Dr Ho, my ophthalmologist in two days on Monday. Very kind and concerned doctor! I wish I knew her name to thank again!"
"5pm, week day Although there were 4 patients ahead of me, I was still able to get in to see a physician's assistant within thirty minutes. Once I was checked and they found a room for me, the physician's assistant was attendant to my needs and was very receptive. She also had a great bedside manner. The X-ray technician was also kind and knowledgeable. The physician's assistant then Completely explained the x ray films to me and what they had found. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my visit to urgent care."
