I never changed providers, tried explaining to him and show him proof but he was rude basically told me to deal with my insurance and he has nothing to do with it even though my office was find. Step son wasn't seen due to this places incompetent workers. Very frustrating."

"Went in for a simple strep test which took two days to get the results. Everyone I interacted with was pretty rude and I saw the actual provider for about 30 seconds. However, they did see me very quickly and processed my insurance without any issues."

"Very unhappy! I went in for a simple strep test and was told the results would take 24 hours. After waiting more than 24 hours I called for my results only to be told over the phone that it would take up to 3 days! So I'm just supposed to sit here with strep for 3 days waiting on a positive result to get a prescription. I was also told that they would only call me back if the test was positive, there would be no follow up phone call for a negative test. It clearly says on the website " West Sacramento Urgent Care provides a lab onsite to ensure you're diagnosed as quickly as possible." This was the sole reason I choose to go here. I've had strep a dozen times and have never had to wait up to 3 days for a result. The customer service from the girl on the phone today was equally terrible. She said "Oh well, that's just how it is". I definitely won't go away easily and maybe wait to receive a call. To the little girl with the bad customer service, we will speak again."
