"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED ACTUAL HELP. A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE WAS TURNED AWAY IN A CRISIS WITH NO HELP. WONT HELP EVEN IF YOU EXPLAIN THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE CRISIS."
"Threatened to needlessly 5150 me when I was just in to get meds, said they would reimburse me for emergency meds and rudely told me no when I came back, and won't refill so I am going to run out again. Don't trust them."
"I was so scared when i arrived but everyone was so kind from the security to the staff. Thank you to all the nurses that work here. Also they get paid trash for all that they do. Not enough food options either. But they did their best to keep me comfortable and calm. GIVE THEM A DAMN PROPER SALARY."
"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED ACTUAL HELP. if i could give this place zero stars i would. staff are constantly on their phones and don’t communicate with the patients that are there. i know from personal experience after VOLUNTARILY admitting myself. once i spoke up about the staff to Dr. Suarez. he said i was being disrespectful because i used cuss words. IF YOU WORK WITH MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS YOU SHOULD EXPECT FRUSTRATION AND EMOTIONS TO BE SHOWN. He didn’t like hearing that the staff and himself were incompetent. please look elsewhere and read reviews before going to any place."
"The crisis stabilization unit is past the Denny's! The maps don't have an accurate location for it. My case manager Kelly recommended this place to me. Please come here if you need help. Bring a phone charger though! Annie was so so helpful and all the other staff were incredibly kind to me when I started to have a panic attack. I was weary of the 2 stars review but I was treated with respect and felt listened to and believed about my pain. It was worth the struggle it took to walk in here. Thank you."
