Your employee Armando said “ she’s asking for an afo but she doesn’t even walk “ and then continued to complain about it. the whole reason we visited this location was to get an afo so it could help her stabilize her foot when she does walk."

"I’ve never had someone care so much for my well-being and concern on making me get better, lilia hernandez made me feel so positive on getting my knee brace and even took the time to look for different ones online that would best be to all the concerns I had. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my knee, and it has not been straight for a couple of months and has been moving in words as I walk and she was able to accommodate me in getting the best knee brace for me. "I don't really understand how this place stays in business. They rarely answer their phone even during their listed business hours. I have been attempting to get my approved AFO brace from them for almost four month now. Currently on hold now for over 15 minutes so we will see if they ever come back to the phone... I just lowered it from 2 star to one star because after waiting on hold for 17 minutes they just hung up on me. I will be recommending to Sharp and Scripps to stop using them."
