"I selected Dr. Susan Farrish because of her office's convenient location in Ramona and because I wanted a female doctor. On my first visit to Palomar Health Main Street (by the Ramona Library), Dr. Farrish did not make a perfect first impression on me because she doesn't have the "bedside manner" I usually prefer with my doctors (as mentioned by 3 others in their 1-star reviews here). I thought about changing doctors. Still, I kept seeing Dr. Farrish, and now--2 years later--I admire how efficient and smart she is! I tend to bombard my doctors (especially my primary care doctors) with questions. Dr. Farrish answers them all--without complaint, without rushing me. (I suspect she took the criticism from the bad reviews here to heart.) Potential and current patients: it helps if you clarify what you need from Dr. Farrish at your appointments so she can help you ASAP or refer you to a specialist. To recap, Dr. Farrish is an efficient and smart doctor."

"Not happy with this practice at all. They seem antiquidated. This practitioner herself is rude, judgemental, and not helpful. Shes typically available when my primary is not but she doesnt listen, seems defensive, and prefers to refer out than to do anything in office. I wont be going back."
