"I've personally never really had a bad experience here. I am transgender and they have always been respectful of my pronouns and understanding of my name. I do know of people who have had bad experiences here, mostly with doctors not really understanding what is wrong, but that'd be it. Again, to me, this place treats me well, and even as a walk-in, they go fast, in my opinion. I am not waiting in the reception for HOURS , at most, I wait 40-50 minutes. (Please note that I usually come as a walk in around 8am, and they open their doors around 8:15.)"

"I was seen by Dr. Kim for pain in my right side. After feeling my abdomen and back she decided it was my back. I told her it wasn't my back. She prescribed treatment for my back. Four days later the pain was so debilitating I left work in tears and went back to the clinic. The nurse that helped me was rude and conferred with Dr. Kim that it was my back and to wait for PT. As I was in tears doubled over in pain she said if your in pain go to the ER we've already helped you. So I spent the night in the ER. Turns out it's gallstones not my back. I am mad at the way I was treated. I will never go back. back. I am very"

"Great friendly service, fast!! I had an urgent need and they exceeded my expectations. I was having a bad start and they were very caring and expressed extreme care. Very efficient staff. I was a little late but they were able to help me fast. I'm beyond greatful not to have to go to the urgent Care and wait hours. Thank you Family Health Centers Of San Diego county! "Ive been going here for years and watched them spiral downhill. Was brutally attacked last month while already disabled, and my beloved Dr cancelled my appointment VIA THE RECEPTIONIST after I packed up my lists, info, my crippled self, aaaand my Service Dog for a TWO HOUR TRIP. Wouldn’t even see me. Edit: I spoke to the clinical director. She explained the error to me and I feel a bit better about the injustice Edited edit: It was a trick just to get me to come in one more time to charge my insurance and somehow waste my time worse than the previous time."
