"My mother received a box of orthotic braces from Crown Medical Solutions, after numerous calls from them, during which she told them repeatedly that she did not want them. She did not order them and has no provider order for any such devices. We cannot find a working phone number for this company in order to return them. What kind of scam is going on here??? "Shouldn’t have any stars... my elderly mother received a box in the mail from this company and she doesn’t even need any type of brace. She said they keep calling her and she kept telling them she didn’t need any of the items. She received a box in the mail and opened it to find braces that she doesn’t want or need. Tried to call the company and my call kept getting dropped. We need to return items but can’t get a hold of anyone to do so."

"My mom rec'd a box of knee and back braces that she and I had told them that she doesn't want or need and not to send them. They were also told to stop calling but they continued to call and pressure her to accept items and give her information to them. Unfortunately package was left outside of her residence so now we have to go through the trouble of returning the package! Reported to Medicare as an attempt to defraud. Also reported to our States AG and California AG, since that is where they say they are located!"

"Huge scam. Sent a package of braces for his entire body (arms, elbows, knees, shoulders, etc) to my elderly father without his consent. Unsure how they even found his information. Report them to your state Attorney General. **Reply to owner's response: Medicare never approved any of this equipment and you sent it without consent after spam calling/social engineering my elderly father. My father would then be charged, not Medicare, when it isn't returned in 14 days. Additionally, you never sent a return label because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in order to get one. The ONLY number that gets answered is the number to confirm you received the package, not customer service, returns, etc and they will not help you at all. The other numbers send you to a never ending "please hold for the next representative". Why are you shipping random braces to my elderly father without his consent or desire to have any of it? UNREAL! To other's reading: this company will charge you $3k+ if you do not send the package back within 14 days. Additionally, if you read their agreement, this equipment is actually leased so your elderly parent would be responsible for shipping it back or being charged even more after the initial $3k charge. ***Refuse the package and have FedEx/UPS return it to the sender. Do not open the package or they will take it back."

"This company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. One day they will be old or have a mom and dad old and get unsolicited stuff mailed to them. I was told when I called them they would send me fed ex box so I can mail back and never dI’d. Then I called and told them again and they told me it was too late. They take avantage of old people. I wish Medicare would check into it, And see how it operates. It’s companies like this but take a vantage of insurance companies and Medicare. This is why medical insurance is so high. It infuriates me to get away with it I read your company’s response that you want to take care of your customers… Then become honest ....when we try to return things that were not ordered let us do it no matter how long it’s been if it’s unopened. The first time I talk to the man he was pleasant and said he would help and send me a return box and he never did. Then me the second time he was rude and I’m concerned. It was the same man"
