"In November 2021, I ordered two pair of orthotics. They never came. I had four conversations each time and them telling me it will be there within 10 days. I cannot get a hold of them now. I have ordered a few different times from them each time taking longer and longer but they would always come."
"Years ago I had a good experience with Doctors Orthotics. Unfortunately, this time was very different. I ordered orthotics July 13, 2022. It is now October 12, 2022 and I never received them. They will not answer our repeated phone calls, emails, and texts even directly Ron Goldston who took my order. We had to get our bank involved to get our $399 back. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited and there are other complaints like mine there."
"I have asked for a refund. I would not buy them more problems. They do not call or email you back if you need help. I have left them 5 message, an emails, and 2 text messages and no return calls. The promise they told me has not been true when I ordered them. I ordered them in February 2022. I was recommended them by a doctor. I called and talked to a Doctor at the there number. They said if I get 2 pair of orthotics $350. They also said if the orthotics do not work I could call send them back and they remake them for free. I talked to them one time about remaking them and they said give them 2 more weeks. I said I have given them 6 weeks and they insisted. So I did and that and it did not work. I just would like a call back to follow there process they told me when I ordered them. So I would not suggest buying them because they do not respond and follow through with their guarantee. If they would follow through with their guarantee I would try them. Since they don’t call back or email you back I would not try them. I want to return them for a refund as promised and no return call or email. Very sad."
"If you are debating whether or not to purchase these orthotics—BUY THEM. I am an avid runner and tend to overpronate. In November 2021 the wear on my body must have caught up to me because I had crippling plantar fasciitis. I could barely walk and most certainly couldn’t run. I tried all the things one is supposed to do when suffering from plantar fasciitis and even tried multiple store-brand orthotics—nothing helped. I finally placed an order for custom orthotics via Doctors Orthotics, and I am so glad I did. Ron called me shortly after I ordered to discuss the issues I was having, and he upgraded me (for free) to a pair of orthotics he thought would better suit my needs. Honestly, I don’t even know what orthotics I got because as soon as I received them, I put them in my shoes and have not removed them since. They are EVERYTHING. The pain I felt was gone within a week. They are great. I did not realize how bad my feet felt in my sneakers until I started wearing these. Yes, when I placed my order, they were backed up—but I would wait that time 100x over. 10/10"
"From time of online order to delivery was 5 months, and that was only after multiple emails at the +4 month mark asking for status updates with no response, and finally voice mails left advising I would be reversing CC charge, which resulted in a return call. So I finally have the orthotics, and they're a full .5" narrower than my foot at the widest point. I doubt these were even made using my actual foot-bed impression. The issue these are supposed to address for me is Morton's Neuroma. The last thing you want to do is squeeze the foot into a narrow shoe, as it makes the intertarsal nerve compression worse. I'm not even going to bother trying to return them. I got taken to the cleaners. It was a $280 lesson. Hopefully somebody else can learn from it before wasting their own money."
