Reviews
"After reading the reviews for this place, I was a little hesitant to come here. I'm glad I did though! I was happy to find out that Dr. Gray no longer works here. lol The center for health & wellbeing has definitely had a face lift from what previous people were experiencing. Everyone is very friendly and Melissa is very knowledgeable about what type of IV infusion I needed to feel better. They also offer B12 shots so I'll be coming in regularly for that as well. Overall the prices are very reasonable and I haven't had any hidden charges or fees like others have previously complained about. 10/10 highly recommended!"
"I recently started going to this clinic and was super impressed but the whole experience. I was taken back for my appointment super quick and offered a very comprehensive plan for my needs and felt like Leslie genuinely cared about my concerns. I also started to use their IV therapy once and week and has made a huge difference in how I’ve been feeling. The IV nurses are also a riot and make the treatments fly by. I really appreciate that care and attention I’ve received. This is what medicine should be."
"The doctors here a wonderful but the office is completely dysfunctional. I go to this office because it is one of the few places I can get treatment for my chronicle illness and it’s frustrating to feel that I can’t count on the only office available because they can’t communicate or operate properly. I’ve had more canceled appointments than I can count, rescheduling is 2 months out. I’ve had so many blood lab orders that were never sent in, prescriptions not called in… all issues that I’ve had to resolve as I stand outside of the pharmacy or blood labs. They however have no issues sending me regular emails selling iv infusions and non-necessity treatments to pull more cash into the office. The billing department won’t send you a bill for a year, tell you that you have no balance throughout that year, then send you an insanely high bill long after and expect it to be paid right away or threaten collections. Two weeks ago I got a call that my check-up appt needed to be changed. I also had a scheduled blood lab at the office but that was never discussed on the call. Today I walked into the office to have my blood work done and they told me they cancelled the appointment because they don’t do blood work in office anymore… It says a lot when the doctors are constantly leaving and practicing at other offices. I will continue to go here because I honestly have nowhere else to go for treatment. Hopefully the office will take this review seriously and actually get it together. People count on you for help and you make everything more difficult than it needs to be."
"I don't typically write negative reviews, but I felt inclined to validate the others here who have expressed similar experiences. I had a pleasant first visit with Dr. Gray who took time to listen to my health concerns and offer tangible next steps. I felt optimistic upon leaving my first visit and promptly scheduled the next 2 subsequent appointments that were suggested by the doctor to pursue. Today was suppose to be my second visit for an allergy test that would inform a treatment plan to review during my 3rd appointment. Today's appointment was at 10:00am and I arrived to the general area a little before this time. Unfortunately I was unable to find parking which caused me a delay. I finally made it into the office at 10:12am and was turned away for being 2 minutes over their 10 minute grace period. A grace period that is not explicitly stated when booking or disclosed in their reminder texts (don't worry they make you well aware of the $75 fee for cancelling within 24hrs though). Not only did I take time off from work to attend this appointment, I also drove all the way out and had to pay for parking just to be turned away. These things aside, I still don't have any answers or remedies for my ongoing symptoms and this has further prolonged my ability to get some medical relief. As a customer I would expect to be greeted with a little bit more understanding and urgency, especially in the healthcare sector. The receptionist offered to reschedule my appointment but provided no flexibility. The only presented option was to come back another day and the only times available were during my 9-5 workday. It deeply saddens me that we live in a world where healthcare is not a priority and organizations, like The Center for Health and Wellbeing, prioritize ridged models to protect cash flow at the expense of patients who are seeking treatment. I will not be rescheduling this appointment and will be cancelling the rest of my future appointments. This experience was eye opening and gave me a look into how this organization actually prioritizes their patients health and wellbeing."
"I never write reviews but felt this was necessary because I saw so many mixed reviews on here before I became a new patient and was slightly nervous. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this practice. I've been wanting to find a practice that specializes in integrative medicine, combining both eastern and western practices and focusing more on root cause issues. My first appointment was with Dr. Gray who was lovely and took her time to listen and understand my concerns. She then referred me to Dr. Lam and I could not say more wonderful things about her. Thoughtful, brilliant, never rushed, and makes you feel heard.I've also had a chance to work with their chiropractor, Dr. Steve, who is also awesome! This practice provides exactly what modern medicine is missing and I'm so grateful to have found them!"
