"my mom needed to get in to urgent care, and we only had to wait 20 minutes. We got there at 8 o’clock. The clerks and the nurse were very nice. The doctor was very intelligent to her time with my 91-year-old mother, and explained, what was going on."

"Both times I went i was able go early, so it wasn't very busy yet and didn't wait long. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not there long. The doctor answered my questions and provided prescriptions for antibiotics. I still have a splinter in my thumb, hoping it works it's way out."

"Exceptional care! Was very hesitant to come (because of usual long wait times at urgent care facilities) but wasn’t the case here. Was feeling very unwell, wait time was 30min or so. Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk staff were very patient and polite. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. Had to do xrays, technician was very nice and friendly, explained the procedure in detail. There was a little wait time for doctor and results but it was pretty busy day there. Pharmacy staff was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. 100% excellent service. And received “Get well” card by mail today, signed by Mary which was very pleasant surprise. Definitely much better than expected. Don’t hesitate to come to this urgent care, you’ll be in best hands!"

"The nurse that took us to the room remembered us from previous visit, was very down to earth and interacted as if we were family. Remembered my wife's overall medical condition, dementia, and included her in the conversation and showed compassion towards her which made me feel good deep within my heart. Physician easy to talk to and truly listened to what I had to say and reacted accordingly, much appreciated on my part. Second nurse came in to assist with procedure was also kind compassionate and caring towards my wife. Whole experience was top of the line and has been with previous visits in the past. If there was a higher than 5 star choice they deserved it."

"The medical staff as well as the front desk staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The front desk gave me an ice pack to help with my pain while I waited my turn. The nurse and doctor made sure I was comfortable while they diagnosed my issue. The wait was long but the results were worth it."
