"Five stars for the people that work there. But I was seen 50 minutes late and I don’t recall seeing suite B or San Jacinto Imaging on the outside of the door. That would be assuring for the first timers, looking for your location:"

"Made an appointment and wasn't called for forty five minutes after appointed time. I checked in prior to a few others who had appointments after me and they were seen first. When finally called to the back imaging area was briefly asked to change into gown; I then asked to first use the restroom was told sure with no point or direction as to where the restroom was. To say the least a bit unorganized and lacked a bit of professionalism. On the other hand when conducting the XRays it went OK, Tech adjusted me as needed and communicated when image was captured."

"Great experience. My appointment was at 5:10 and because I filled out the paperwork online I only had 1 form to sign. I waited a short time in the waiting room before being called to the back. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with."

"I walked in early morning, staff greeted me and was very kind. They scheduled me for an evening appointment. I arrived at my appointed time and within 10 minutes they called me and my X-ray was completed and she said we were done. Office waiting area was very comfortable and there were hardly any patients."

"Horrible at the start. As soon as you walk in you choose what line to go in according to what you are there for. So we’re all in two lines, the place is packed. The desk person wasn’t paying any attention to her full room of people standing or sitting. When she finally looked up she said we needed to get in one line, she was the only one there. I then grabbed the sign & asked then why do you have this out here for two lines? She just apologized & said we’ll just call your name. I then said how do you know who’s here? We were all looking at each other like what the hell. The desk girl then grabbed a clipboard with a blank piece of paper on it & wanted us to right our names down. Some said they weren’t paying that much attention to know who got there first.. After doing all that & getting called up to counter to pay, the girl told me twice that my insurance savings account card was coming up non sufficient funds. So after calling the number on back of card of course there was money there to be used. This man all of a sudden came up to front desk ( from behind) to help a little & was able to correctly do the transaction. I did however receive excellent care from the MRI tech but, I can’t say much about the front counter personnel. I will never go back to this facility, ever!"
