"Brevon, by the Pier, was awesome and very helpful. The busses are clean, the reps are friendly. Great stops and locations. They give you headphones to listen to the history of the area and buildings as you drive. Easy on and off. Excellent experience. Excellent people."
"A great experience! We visited on 2/29/24 and started our day off at the Welcome Center. We were greeted by a wonderful woman who gave us some good advice. We decided on the Big Bus Tour and had such a great time! We could not have enjoyed our day more than we did!"
"Big bus tours is always awesome to see all the main attractions. The drivers were all friendly and drove safe. We also got the walking tour through china town. Doug was our tour guide and was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In the tour he took us to try the freshly made fortune cookies. And told us about the wonderful history in San Francisco. Our experience with big bus tours was amazing."
"Our family of 4 took the tour on a rainy Sunday over Presidents Day weekend. All the people were great, kept it light and informative. Special shout out to Blake, who was attending the Chinatown stop. He was very engaging, informative and entertaining. Thanks for a great day from the Cheese clan."
"Doug was a great help with sorting out tickets for the various included options, then later lead a very interesting and entertaining tour around Chinatown. The submarine was included with the 2 day HOHO ticket and the Alcatraz visit was well worth it. Only negative is the HOHO seats are too narrow for 2 people to sit comfortably."
