"I love this doctor and appreciate the patience she had with me. I went with her because of a rare skin disease I had on my face. She helped me cure my skin and I will always be so thankful given the complexity of my situation. She really went out and beyond to help with my skin problem. Staff were always friendly and doctor always very helpful and nice. I went with her for about 2 years and never had any issues."

"AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!! I strongly believe that GK Dermatology performed an unnecessary surgery on me and are hiding my biopsy results so that my new dermatologist can not review the records and provide a second opinion on whether the surgery was necessary. I have been left with an unsightly scar and went through a lot of turmoil in dealing with a mole removal and have been going through an ordeal to confirm if this surgery was necessary. GK Dermatology has not sent my full medical records to myself or my new dermatologist after multiple calls and attempts from myself, the patient, as well as my new dermatologist calling and requesting these records. I have been waiting since 9/15/22 (2 Months) for my new dermatologist to review my biopsy results that were tested back in June / July of 2022 to be provided by GK Dermatology, and they still have not sent over the biopsy results. GK Dermatology does not return my phone calls after multiple requests to fax these pathology / biopsy records to my new dermatologist. GK Dermatology has only sent my new dermatologist limited records, and has omitted the biopsy results from the records they did eventually send. The office never answers phone calls, is extremely unprofessional, and should not be allowed to practice in the United States. I don't know how this woman is still in business."

"Never had a worst experience in a medical practice. The back office is incompetent. They don’t answer the phones and when they do and leave a message for someone to call you back they NEVER do. Mailbox is full and can’t leave a message. They messed me around for 3 weeks. I met with the doctor 3 weeks ago and we agreed I needed a new medication. They sent the request to my insurance and the request was incorrect so they needed to send a new pre-authorization out to them. I called numerous times to get Victoria to send the new request out to my insurance. She never once returned my calls. When I finally spoke to her she told me she didn’t have a fax machine and couldn’t send the request…but she would handle it. I waited 3 weeks for them to send a complete request to United healthcare and then yesterday I called them again. Victoria told me (after 3 weeks) that the doctor decided to cancel the medication request (no reason why). She had approved the new medication request at my appointment 3 weeks prior. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Truly awful practice."

"I'm pretty disappointed in the service. I was interested in botox and only had one small goal I wanted to achieve. I was sitting in the room and the doctor told me that I would need so much more to correct. I tried to make very clear that I'm not interested in anything else than what I come for. I ended up not getting at all what I wanted but what the doctor thought is needed. Which is unacceptable. There's a big difference between what the customer wishes and all the things that are theoretically possible. Learn the difference!"

"If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have been coming to see Dr. Ghada Kassab since pretty much she started her practice. Her rate was 60 dollars a visit. Than in December she comes in and tells me the prices have gone up to a $100 ok no problem. Fast forward to today, I called her office to see if the price was the same and would be honored. He went to ask and said no problem that the $100 was fine. I get down there and they say oh no it's $150 now after I already paid. UNREAL! Place has become a joke. Guess customer service and retention don't mean anything. Note I needed two spots injected for cystic acne 30 second procedure. Well you lost a client and I will be sure to let everyone know not to go into this SHADY practice."
