"My experience at the office was pleasant despite being in pain. The ladies at the front desk were respectful and clear with treatment pricing. The young man taking vital signs was focused. Dr. White was straight to the point with diagnosing the issue and providing a treatment plan. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the wait time even if you have an appointment. Maybe it was the full moon, but it was super packed for a Saturday. Thank you to all the staff who assisted me yesterday."

"The staff is very friendly. And the doctors are awesome. The doctor I had yesterday was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and and relaxed about my diagnosis. I wouldn’t mind if he was my regular doctor for it being an urgent care and I did make an appointment my total wait time and being seen by the doctor was two hours. Wishing it was a little less time because I made an appointment but overall I give it a five stars. Best urgent care in San Diego county."

If I’ve had to go, I usually make an appointment online before and have filled out the check-in information on my phone beforehand. When I’ve arrived everyone is great and the check-in process was smooth. And during the actual appointment - virtual or in-person - everyone has been so helpful. Thank you so much as it takes a lot for me to actually come in!! :-)"
"Took my son in for a sore throat. The wait was a bit long but it was my first time there. I didn’t know I can register ahead. Receptionist was nice. Once inside assistant was super nice and made my son feel comfortable. Doctor was great, gave us time and attention to answer any questions. Made sure my son was ok with everything done. Would definitely recommend and will go back when needed."
