"If I can give them ZERO star I will, they are absolutely deserve Big ZERO. Big ZERO to this facility!! They are not professional at all! And they don’t have any work ethic at all!! Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life I went to see Dr. Ibrahim to diagnose my pain and after I paid my co-pay they sent me an Invoice with $1450!!!!! They didn’t tell me from the beginning what they will do and what it will cost!!! They referred me to another facility in Riverside to do MRI and I went and paid for my MRI which is fine. After 2 weeks they called me from the office and they told me we got your MRI and the doctor wants to speak with you after the call they send me another invoice to pay the co-pay one more time for this follow up call!!! What?!!!! Warning to all the patients, this clinic only think about how they can get your money more than how they will treat you!!!! Shame on you guys!!! I don’t mind to pay whatever if I feel that I got treated and I’m paying for something helps me to be better but in your case you just collected money for simply NOTHING!!!"

"I was supposed to get 2nd opinion for spinal surgery. I brought disc's for the Dr to look at. Receptionist acted like I was intruding and was short and rude. When finally saw a PA (was very nice and attentive) she said would need to give her impression to the neurologist. When called in he was basically saying he could only do nerve conductive testing and he was not a surgeon so not able to give 2nd opinion. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. The referral stated was for 2nd surgical opinion. When got ready to leave, front office could NOT find my medical imaging disc's and Receptionist kept saying I never gave them to her. ...beware..."

"I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this neuro office. I was told by Dr. Bui that my moms pending approval for her dental paper would be faxed same day That we left her neurologist apt. 1 week later I called again to verify it was sent, it was not. The receptionist said she was literally faxing it while on the phone with me, I believed it and left it at that. Come today, We get to my moms dental office and the paper STILL hasn’t been faxed. It took three more calls to this neurologist to get the faxed paper, while My disabled mom sat in the dental office waiting. The first call, the neuro office input the wrong fax number. The second call they got the dental fax number right but the paper was not thoroughly filled out. I called a 3 time and they finally-appropriately sent the dental paper to her dental office. It took ALL this time to get a faxed paper stating that her oral surgery is not approved?! Why couldn’t they tell me this when we were at her initial neuro apt? What a waste of time for my mom who is physically and mentally disabled. To add, it was also a waste of time for her dental office. This location lacks transparency, consideration and communication."

"One of the worst clinics I've ever been to. Been going off and on ( only when I absolutely have to) , never get any help. Girls at the front answering the phones are extremely rude and incompetent. Not helpful at all. Probably didnt graduate high school... I don't know her prefix but Bathlasar, is the last chance at them being a 1 star, I'd give a zero star if possible. She was genuine when I talked to her, which I appreciate , but I am in pain every single day and haven't gotten any relief."
