I see her at multiple locations. When I come in the door she's at the front desk and checks me in. Then she's also the one that helps me with my services. She's always pleasant and always smiling. It's nice to go into a location and see someone like her there because you know it's going to be a good experience. There aren't enough workers like her in many jobs.
