"I’ve usually had horrible experiences here but today was worst. They are usually extremely busy and to instead of trying to speed up the process they are in the back and just laughing and making jokes between one another instead of attending patients. That’s probably why it take countless hour to be attended here ."

"I work with foster kids and I take my kids their. My foster kid just needed a sugar test we where waiting I ask the nurse in the laboratory they said no chart yet. They got the charts and they help the people before us , and again and they tell me there is one person ahead of him when we were waiting for a wild. It really suck."

"I’ve been going to this place since I was 10 and now I’m 20. The wait time has always been really long but I thought it was worth it as long as Doctor Navarian would see me since she’s the one who always seems to actually care about what I feel. However, recently I’ve noticed more and more lack of professionalism from the staff. I don’t know if they’re aware but when you’re called in the back to be seen by a doctor we can hear EVERYTHING they talk about. Recently I heard the staff and doctor Sevilla talk about a birthday? And they started talking about a banda and what they were gonna wear? Which you know I’m all for work relationships and stuff but I’m literally struggling right now to like breathe since it seems like i have a pretty nasty sinus infection and they’re in the next room laughing so loudly talking about things I honestly don’t really care about. Like it just makes me think “Is this why I have to wait hours and hours just for a consultation?” They say it’s because the doctors are seeing other patients which is totally valid but like clearly they’re doing other things too that aren’t for the well-being of those who pay for their services. Idk it’s just disappointing and really unprofessional I hope I can find a new place to go to soon. I took a video of how loud they were being but I don’t think you can post videos on here :( Edit: Also I forgot to mention! I came to this clinic last Saturday and as I was walking out of the laboratory I heard and saw two of the nurses/staff say “You looked like you wanted to deck her.” And the other nurse said “I almost did” I was like WHAT like girl you couldn’t have waited until your break to say something like that?? I don’t know their names but I definitely know what they look like and who they are. So unprofessional fr"

"I Only rated them one star because only this way I can write my review, but they do not deserve a star. As a former employee and patient I’m happy to share with you that you should avoid this place . Staff has horrible customer service and management is trash. The clinics procedures and policies are not well organized wich is why every time you walk in here as a patient you will have a bad experience. They don’t care for you as a patient, the nurses are there for the paycheck and the upper management staff is after your insurance. The Providers , the Doctors, are great, lol but the terrible customer service takes away from the wonderful service provided by the providers."

"I’ve read other people’s reviews on google, appointment or not, I had to wait 2 hours once I got here my appointment was at 12:40 & I saw the doctor by 2:50, I’m not known for having patience, but 2 hours just gets me mad, the nurse kept assuring us that the doctor would be with us soon but it was another 40 minutes until he showed up. Go to a real doctor not this place"
