I understand everyone's busy and sometimes are in and out, but there was an appointment i had with you, My experience that day was just terrible."

"It's pretty hard to get in contact with your doctor. I call & leave messages or send a message to my doctor via the new online portal system, with no reply. Meanwhile I can't proceed with treatment my doctor has ordered, because I need to hear back."

"This place is horrible. I've been waiting 3 weeks for lab results, each time I call they said they'd email the doctor to call me and that they would send results via mail. No one called no results came. I'm getting more sick so today I escalated the call, a nurse called and said she couldn't give me the results over the phone I told her that they said is exactly how I'd receive them. She hung up on me. My doctor is sending me to a cardiologist and for CT scans through their scheduling app but can't have a nurse call me and tell me why. This place is a scam with terrible staff. Beware."

"Honestly the staff was very friendly. Had an appointment for my son and unfortunately he had to get shots so he was being a little clingy. Was waiting in the lobby for my ride and the security fellow tells me to wait outside because they're closed. This is my first time at this location so I go wait outside that's fine. Then he followed and shut the doors that were open and just stares at me. This is at 12pm on a Saturday. The hours are until 4. Not sure what that was all about, but I'm glad I don't have to encounter him again."

"My mother unfortunately had a terrible experience today aug. 10th at around 4:30 in the dental department on the third floor. She was treated like a second class citizen because she was unable communicate properly due to all her teeth being removed at a previous appointment. The female in charge of checking in patients must be held accountable for her lack empathy towards her sr. Patients. Shame on u and shame on whoever trained this person.
