"Went for mammogram yesterday. Lady that works there absolutely amazing. Took me as a walk in and service provided was outstanding."
"Horrible experience with customer service this morning. Showed up to get labs done before work. I was second in line. Came early to get in line so I could get to work on time. While I was checking in the other clerk decided to just usher everyone for the lab in without verification of paperwork. I then ended up 7th in line with a long wait instead of 2nd which was my place in line. This will now cause me to be late for work."
"It's okay here for what it is - free health care. The people working here have no incentive to do a good job or care about you because they're on a government contract. Job security creates a bad environment for customer service. But I usually get what I need. Not with a smile and not in a timely manner - but I do get seen and I do get medicine FOR FREE - so there's that."
"Some of the most horrible, unfriendly, incompetent doctors and staff I have ever met. If and when the clinic does have staff to cover the phones, prepare to be on hold for at least 45 minutes. (Yes, every time.) I have had a few Doctors and PA's that are rude and dismissive...or sometimes seem like they have no idea what day it is. Often times I'm made to feel as if I'm the one inconveniencing THEIR day. At first, I thought it was just me being overly sensitive but after speaking with several other wives, I heard similar stories. If tricare will let me change clinics, I'm gone."
"My review is only marked as good because of their office staff, lab and pharmacy. Been going there for 13 years. It used to be excellent until Dr. Smith transferred to another clinic. I like nurse practitioner Tiffany Leigh also. The new Dr. that was assigned to me as my PCD is not good at all. (I won't even mention her name.) She was inefficient, no follow through and even locked up my records so nobody else could access them while she went off on leave. Left me dangling for important ultrasound results for 3 weeks. I finally stood in their lobby and had to refuse to leave until another doctor could give me the results I needed. Had to literally pitch a fit to make that happen. Not a good situation. I transferred my records and followed Dr. Smith to her new clinic."
