"Bad business practices. They sell almost expired products and refuse to honor alle points. I verified with them before placing order how to use alle points on that purchase and that they would refund $60 to my credit card. Did not get refund. They said I had to notify them within 30 days of order if I did not get refund. I did not get credit card statement until after 30 days. They refuse to honor refund or provide product with longer expiration. Disreputable company. I've stopped doing business with them."

"my UPNEEQ order was processed and I was waiting for my video exit. No one became available. Ive sent and email to support. Nothing... Seems to me that you should process orders if the exit video is not working or available. For some people paying $165 is alot of money. I will update and change my review once I get some response and my meds. Update Jan 16th 2024 Recieved product(UPNEEQ)7 days later. I've used it. Upneeq is not worth $165+ dollars. Save your money."

"Do not buy from them. They sell soon to be expired products! I purchased a box of Upneeq which costed me from them in January 2024, when it arrived, I noticed the expiry date was June 2024 (5 months away). I see others are selling this same products that is expiring about 1.5 years away. I emailed them. They just said they can't exchange or refund it as it is a prescription. If I knew that the product they would be sending me would expire so soon, I would definitely not buy from them. I found a complain on BBB on the same issue so they are a repeat offender on this. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!"

"BEWARE. Placed order on 10/5/23. Wrote CS to ask for a shipping ETA 10/9/23. Charge to my CC posted 10/9/23. CS responded promptly that the product could not be shipped to my state so the order was cancelled and I would be refunded with fund credited in 3-5 business days. I never got any notification that the order could not be fulfilled. Had to send an email so begs the question of whether if I had not inquired, I would ever be credited back. Will update this post if and when I get the credit."
