"I see why this place gets so many bad reviews. I’m sure the doctors might be ok but the process of getting seen is so outdated and inefficient. You have to call a call center that notifies the center via email to give you a call back, they don’t provide an exact time just a rough 2-4 hour estimate window. If you miss the call you have to call the call center back. Have no idea how they can operate this way."

"Straight out lied to my health insurance provider stating I was a no-show for several appointments while refusing to provide me care. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even for basic health care. They constantly scam people into coming in for appointments for "referrals" which other doctors within their business have directly told me to go and get a refund as they shouldn't have done that. They also did not even wear their masks properly during the pandemic! Disorganized, lack of care, overall just not the place to choose for your care."
