"Staff is nice and clean but its impossible for me to get a hold of them I don't know hat else to do I call leave voice messages send email, no one has contacted me back, its super frustrating. Do NOT recommend."
"In short Terrible Customer Service that makes you never want to go. STAY AWAY (dr. could be ok) - Tried calling and leaving voicemail to make appointment. Took 10 times. - I asked for Dr.z - When i checked online later, they appointed me to dr.h. Not the dr i asked for. - Made appointment at 9am and 930am for reference -They called and left a voicemail and moved my 930 appoint to the evening 2pm. Without my permission. I still needed to come in at 9 am and then come back later in the day at 2pm. (NOT Reasonable when you have work and kids and life.) - Tried to call back to say i cannot make it to 2pm. - They tried to force me to take it by saying next available appointment is 3 months away. - Tried calling back just to cancel. They never picked up the phone again. - Tried leaving a voice message, and they never got back to me."
"The Dr.s are great, I can not say the same for the staff. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone, you will never get a call back. It took over a month to talk to anyone, then when I did finally talked to someone I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. That took a 1 1/2 week, only to be told they no longer took my insurance. When I contacted my GP and my insurance, they both told me this was not the case. Edit: I went in to the office and talked to someone in person. They were able to clear everything up for me. Stated they are working on getting a different service for the phones."
"They never respond to calls or voicemails. The exchange phone line has to answer for them and deal with customers because they can't do their job. Hire more people, or book less patients. I have been waiting a very long time for this appointment, and because nobody called me back, I was not sure if they received my referral. I called every day 5 days prior to my appointment with no response."
"The communication in this office is the worst I ever experienced. Phone messaging system does not work. They never answer the phone, the mail box is full, so you cant reach them. A month ago you could leave the voice message with the phone number which you can not do any more. But they never called back anyway. I saw the nurse in your Sorrento Valley location on 09/29 to select hearing aids. I was told that I will be contacted when insurance approves it to come and pick it up. More then 3 weeks later I still have not heard from them and cant reach them."
